We want you to love your new frames, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your SIN Eyewear purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn, brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and box to ensure it arrives back to us without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
